3 lamp halogen bar
The Hikari halogen bar is a commercial unit built to produce syphon coffee consistently by offering the temperature of your choice for a programmed amount of time. Each lamp is protected by a piece of heat resistant glass as well as a steel guard. Desired temperatures are reached by controlling the Wattage to each bulb individually. Each bulb operates independently.
